We invited him to speak on the director's life and accomplishments, but was pretty quiet about his own projects. He had just flown in at the time from New York, literally days before we had the Q&A with him. Also, I don't know if it's still on IMDb, but he told me he's longer working with Ryuichi Kitamura on their collab. Personally, I don't know why he never got the big bucks blockbuster offers of his colleagues after his smash hit "Love Letter."
